It is no secret that feedback is a powerful improvement tool, however, it only focuses on what is in the past. Take your team to the next level with feedforward with an eye to the future. This workshop is designed to teach our volunteer supervisors about the whole feedback/feedforward process, from performance reviews, to ongoing supervision, to what your goals are, to triggers of when feedback is needed, to feedforward and focusing on the future actions for success. Not only will we arm you with some new tools, tips, and tricks, this will give you a safe space to be able to put some of these into practice.
