Have you ever wondered how to develop leaders among your volunteers? 

Join us as Tim Suda and Carrie Jones, from the American Red Cross, present on Mobilizing and Motivating Volunteer Leaders. 

They will cover topics on how to internally identify potential leaders, externally recruit potential leaders with tips on building and developing these identified leaders.  They will also discuss the acceptable span of control for volunteer leaders, as well as identifying and managing volunteer partners.
