Surviving the Onslaught: Stress Management, Fitness and Organizational Tools and Techniques
September through January is a peak season for volunteerism. It is also a time that we volunteer managers often find ourselves completely stressed out and exhausted. To help take better care of ourselves and effectively manage heavy work loads, August’s session will focus on stress management techniques, new and free organizational tools, and simple, no-gym-required fitness routines.
